I found the location convenient. The railway station is nearby. The room decor was nice, and very neat place. The bed was super comfortable for resting well, and I was grateful for the generous supply of coffee, tea, and milk. The gated car park was a HUGE plus for security!!!
The hotel could benefit from some updating. The lift was out of service, made accessing upper floors slightly inconvenient.

The room had matching furniture with marquetry inlays. It also included toiletries, and the advice indicated I could request more if needed. The shower was powerful, invigorating.

Convenient Location and Friendly Service
cozy room digital lock helpful staff
The receptionist, a very friendly Asian lady, was eager to help. The rooms were surprisingly cozy, well kept, and now use digital locks. I found it surprisingly good value, and I really appreciated the friendly Portuguese lady at breakfast, she was very helpful.
I noticed that the hotel bar closes quite early. It closes at 10 PM from Sunday to Friday.

The hotel provides good Wi-Fi. It performed better than usual for England. Digital locks have been installed in the rooms. They enhance security. Overall the facilities seem well-kept.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very keen to assist guests. A team member even returned my wallet to my room after I left it at reception. I really valued this attentiveness.
